How long have you been at PE Services?

5 years! I wish I had changed careers years ago. Dont look back, look forward!

What made you decide to work at PE Services over other firms?

Great people and very supportive company. PE puts their employees first. Happy employees make a productive, successful company.

What is your favorite aspect of your job?

Working outside and seeing a project come together from plans to finished product.

What has been your favorite project and why?

The SWLRT (METRO Green Line Light Rail.) I enjoyed having the opportunity to work on a multitude of structures in a relatively short timeframe.

I am happiest when….

I see a finished project open up to the public. I like the feeling of accomplishment: “WOW, I was a part of that!”

What’s the best advice you have ever gotten?

Keep your eyes open and your head on a swivel at ALL times. Sadly, as we have seen this past summer, this is a dangerous job. It only takes a split second to change your life forever.

Describe your perfect vacation.

Cup of coffee…sitting on a rock watching the morning fog come off a glass smooth lake…listening the fish splash in the lake…listening to the quiet stillness…sharing that experience with those that are closest to you. My happy place!

What is your biggest pet peeve?

People that are always late (Don’t get me started: If you are “early” you are on time. If you are “on time” you are late.)
