Year End Reflections: Honoring Our Team & Community

I remember as a child sitting around the dinner table with my family sharing stories of our day. My dad was quite the storyteller and would have us all laughing. My favorite stories were those he told centered around his work, his accomplishments, and the interactions he had with his customers and co-workers. When I think back on it now, his stories included many examples of opportunities he was given, how he felt valued and appreciated, and how proud he was to share his accomplishments with his family. Personally, this had a positive and lasting effect on me, and I have learned that expressing gratitude can be powerful not only for the recipient but for the giver as well. The act of giving thanks can strengthen relationships, foster kindness, and inspire others, creating a ripple effect of positivity.

The holidays are a great reminder to pause and reflect on what we’re grateful for. At PE Services, we are grateful for the relationship between our teams and partners. It is this synergy that allows us to achieve great things together.
