I-494 to TH 169 to MSP Airport Design-Build

This project is constructing future E-Z Pass lanes on 494 between US 169 and MSP International Airport. As the largest Design-Build Project in MnDOT history, it represents a pivotal investment in regional mobility. PE Services plays a vital role, providing environmental compliance oversight, project documentation, and office management. As the primary environmental point of contact for the project owner, we bridge the gap between design and construction, ensuring environmental commitments are met. This work is critical along the highly developed corridor, which includes extensive contaminated and regulated areas requiring careful coordination with MnDOT verification staff.
